Current research and development areas at DTU Nanotech, DTU Fotonik and other DTU departments include MEMS-based sensors and actuators, cantilevers, nanometer-scale probes, micro-fluidics devices, biochemical sensing, optical and plasmon waveguide structures and advanced packaging technology.
