Mail and contact

What happens when I send a mail to training@nanolab.dtu.dk?

When you send a mail to training@nanolab.dtu.dk it goes into a mailbox which a lot of people have access to. If one of these persons see that there is a match between your request, their capabilities and their schedule they will get in contact with you right away to proceed with the request.

If there is not an immediate match a “Postmaster” will check the mailbox at least once per day and can then choose to forward the request to someone at Nanolab that they believe is better able to handle the request.

All requests which are not handled like this get written on a post-it (yes physically) and put on the work overview board at the Customer Support office. The Customer Support team meets daily for a short meeting (called scrum) and then all new requests are discussed and a plan of action is choosen.
