Get a look inside DTU Nanolab’s Cleanroom

The cleanroom at DTU Nanolab is a unique Facility for production of products in nanoscale.

It is used by external costumers such as Microsoft and Nil Technology as well as by DTU students working on Research projects. The Cleanroom consists of individual laboratories with over pressure that keeps dust particles away from production and test area. It is therefore “closed land” and it requires special access and cleanroom suits, when entering it. However, you are more than welcome to visit the cleanroom virtually.

Here, it will be possible to see the facility and create an overview of the rooms and where the equipment is placed in the 1.350 m2 dust free laboratories. Then you are well prepared if you should use the cleanroom later.
